You may qualify if you meet these 2 conditions:
1. Permanent disability: Your doctor has determined you have a permanent
partial disability (you have not recovered 100%).
2. No work offer: Your employer does not offer regular, modified, or
alternative work within 60 days of receiving the doctor's report.
Your voucher is valid until whichever comes later:
• 2 years from the date it was issued
• 5 years from the date of your injury
Training must be at a California public school or an ETPL-certified provider.
